Hello dear students,
As you might have noticed, there is an Erstitut seminar again this year, where students learn how to run an Erstitut (in case you want to read up on what an Erstitut actually is: http://rotervektor.blogspot.com/p/das-erstitut.html?m=1.).
How can you imagine such a seminar?
We go to a seminar for four days, where we are coached by trained trainers to learn about group dynamics, team building, ÖH structures, inclusion and more (don’t worry, it’s not like in lectures, but much more interactive)
(Don’t worry, it’s not like lectures, but much more interactive, with games, small group discussions and so on).
When and where is it?
The seminar will take place from 7 to 10 September.
This year we have to split our big group (Astro, Chemistry, Maths, Meteo, Physics, Statistics and VWL). One half will go to Raach am Hochgebirge, the other half to Obertauern.
What does it cost, and how do I register?
The stay with three overnight stays and full board as well as the return journey by bus from Vienna will be covered by the ÖH (but you can also travel privately). Alcoholic drinks will not be paid for, as always.
Since we unfortunately have to split up, but also know that people like to go to seminars with their friends, there is the possibility of group registration this year. This means that you and the people you want to go to the seminar with will think up a fancy group name that starts with 2 numbers and then has at least 3 letters (e.g. “69Catlovers” or “42Pizza”). Each of you then registers individually and enters the common group name in the registration form so that we know that you want to travel together. Where you go will be decided by a random generator (the maths group will go to Raach, this will not be decided by fate, because the maths plenum has already done it).
If too many people would register, it would first be decided by the number of Etut seminars already attended and then by the “first come, first serve” principle, but so far we could guarantee a place for every person.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS 18 AUGUST AT 23:59.
Until September 1st you can cancel your registration without any worries, after that you either have to find a replacement or pay a cancellation fee of 40€. Goodwill in case of illness or circumstances beyond your control can of course be discussed with us and should be treated as positively as possible for you.
